Gold Kili Ginger Drink

  I like ginger drink but unfortunately I am not sure how to go about brewing some at home, thus Gold Kili Ginger Drink is the obvious choice for me. (Okay to be honest IÂ’ve not tried other brands yet). I like it strong taste but I find it slightly too sweet. So what I do is to add in more hot water loh. But overall I find this product acceptable although I might want to give other brands a try in the near future.

  I just said it's nice.....
  Kinda like those sold at Mr Bean but much stronger. Use 1/2 packet if you don't want it to be too strong

  You might want to add a little bit of warm/hot water to dissolve the ginger granulas first then top up the rest with soymilk or milk

  I buy this brand too and their red dates/longan drink too.
  
  I find it too sweet, not too strong. I do make my own. Just smash a few knobs of ginger, bring it to boil, throw some brown sugar in it. But if lazy then, this is the next best thing.
  
  There is another brand though, also product of S'pore but can't remember the name on top of my head right now.

  Okay I bought a packet this morning to try it out.
  
  My conclusion, it taste okay with me but a bit funny maybe due to the honey. I agree with you that it is slightly too sweet and not as strong as the ginger drink. But after I diluted it with water it actually taste quite nice.
  
  In term of nutrition it is almost the same as the ginger drink except it is quite low in protein. (Actually both drinks are extremely low in protein lah)

  Don't know why but I feel very comfortable shopping in supermarket although I am a guy.
