East Coast can receive RTM2 w/o prob. english commentary

  Hi,
  
  a lot of friends told me that we cannot receive RTM2 signal.
  i'm not a football fan but today i turn on RTM2 channel. it's good and it's English commentary....
  
  so, why waste money to pay starhub? just wonder.
