Hello all, I've recently started Pumping again, and I was wondering, if a conflict would occur if I do Concentration Curls for my Biceps, and then for my Triceps as well on the same day.
How about for the chest and shoulder?
Let's say I want to concentrate on Biceps, Chest, Triceps.
Would training all parts of the upper body by spreading out ALL the individual muscle groups on 2 different days conflict? Should I spread out more? Or what would be recommended for optimal Growth?
