Is it more effective than Glutamine for post WO? If you were to choose only either BCAAs and Glutamine for your post WO mix, which one is better, taking into account both cost and effect.
Ideally both, but to answer your question, BCAA.
There are products out there that have both, and are flavored, so why not take those instead? Add a bit of high GI carbs and you're good to go.
