This,I agree with you 100%.Originally posted by eagle:
The melted cheese will taste very nice, while still giving you your protein
hmm im more saying... as a whole?...Originally posted by eagle:hmmm
1 loaf of wholemeal bread = $2.20
1 packet of cheese = $4.40
1 carton of eggs (10) = $1.50
Total = $8.10
It is enough to split into minimum of 6 meals (assuming 2 slices of bread with 2 slices of cheese and 1 egg), that will be $1.35 per meal
2 slices of wholemeal bread contains 7.4g of protein
2 slices of cheese contains 10.4g of protein
1 egg contain 6.5g of protein
Thus 1 serving = 24.3g of protein, with fibre and other things, etc...
Bread is from Gardenia
ya mah.... But you are saying it is expensive, and I just showed you it is $1.35 per meal, with 4 eggs to spareOriginally posted by mhcampboy:hmm im more saying... as a whole?...

any kind of cheese also can?Originally posted by eagle:Some non animal protein are quite good...
Even then, just 2 slices of cheese and 1 egg already give 16.9g. For a quick snack, it should be ok...
For quick snack... or for breakfast if you can't eat much...Originally posted by mhcampboy:but tat 2 slices... per meal.. dun think its enuff...

I'm referring to Kraft Singles Extra Light (first post) for the calculation of proteinOriginally posted by 3 Minutes Warnin':any kind of cheese also can?
mine 1 is "cowhead" brand, these type of cheese contain 4.3g of protein and 4.9 g per 21g of fat, does it work on body strength and weight loss? or can u give me a daily meal tables which can work on weight loss and muscle buildin'.Originally posted by eagle:I'm referring to Kraft Singles Extra Light (first post) for the calculation of protein
Other cheese will also do. However, the nutritional value will be different. The protein count may be less and the fat content may be more. The above is my current favourite, which is the reason why I use it.
why not? I'm only offering a suggestion, not a die also must eat thing la...Originally posted by 3 Minutes Warnin':mine 1 is "cowhead" brand, these type of cheese contain 4.3g of protein and 4.9 g of fat, does it work on body strength and weight loss?

but I will find 4.9g fats a bit high, mainly because I gain fats easily.
