I am 170cm and weigh 50kg. My % body fat is 5%.
I am interested in increasing my muscle mass. I wake up at 5am to jog (5km) everyday before doing other weight lifting exercises until 7am. After breakfast, i will rest for a while before carrying on my weight lifting for another 1hr.
My diet:
Breakfast (after jogging): Some nuts, 1 freshly squeezed lemon + water/greentea + supplements
morning snack (7am): 1 bowl around 70g of whole grain cereal + 1 scoop protein whey shake mixed with soybean milk + some nuts
pre-lunch: 2 servings of fruit (e.g. apple, pear, orange)
Lunch: 2 slices of wholemeal softgrain bread + 1 can tuna/ 1 piece chicken breast OR 2 eggs+cottage cheese
Pre dinner: 2 servings of fruits + nuts
Dinner (7pm): 1 fish fillet (steamed) and 1 beancurd plus broccoli, carrot, bittergourd, chilli, etc soup.
10pm: SLEEP!!
Can anyone gimme advice on my diet please? Thanks in advance!!
