Hmm, have 1 question.
105 kg for 1.7m is very much overweight right? how the knee support all the extra weight?
Is there a way to train up your knee, mine might have been a little busted i walk up stairs can feel the kneecap like "moving" i'm 1.76 at 87 kg -
Overweight only if you subscribe to the silly BMI standard. And most athletes will be overweight by that standard.
The knees are supported by the surrounding leg musculature, including quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and the ligaments. -
