Free weight corner:
-1 adjustable decline bench(Can only vary the angles of decline)
-Flat barbell bench press station
-Incline barbell bench press station
-Dumbbells from 1kg to 30kg.However, they do not have 27.5kg DBs.It jumps from 25kg to 30kg.The rest have 2.5kg increments.
-Smith machine
-Assisted pullups/dips
-Power rack with a chin up bar
-Lat pulldown
-Rack of barbells(Not oly bb)
-2 flat benches(Meant for using DBs)
-1 adjustable bench(Meant for using DBs)
Cons:
-Can be rather cramped during peak hours.
-Small toilet, hard to change
-Aircon that is too damn cold sometimes
-Many of the equipment is rusty and aged(This might deter some people but i dont really care)
-As mentioned, DB jumps from 25kg to 30kg without a 27.5kg DB.The rest comes with 2.5kg increments
Pros:
-The instructor Daniel Tan.Reccomends practical exercises.
-Friendly staff.Not so anal about trivial matters.Offered first-aid when my finger was cut.
