First of all I wasnt talking about myself but was rather goofing around with the words some how Mr Muscles in the brain didint get it.Seasoned weightlifters like us would not do silly stunts in the gym that would caused injury to own body and people who usually dont know their way around the gym are even more extra careful,this is just my observation.Originally posted by heavenhell:Use your discretion...
Obvously heavy within your limits which people sometimes depend on 1RM calculators to find out.It should be known heavy means with good form.Not bite more off than what you can chew.
