Haha anyway please do eat breakfast before exercise... kick start your metabolism so your exercise is actually efficient. You want to feel productive and BE productive...no point going in all weak and coming out losing more muscle than fat mass right?
Do be careful not to exercise directly after your meals, coz appendicitis is realli painful; and the operation will set your fitness goals back by weeks, even months. Before every action just think whether it's bringing you closer, or further from your goals.
Actually this is very normal. Coz when you sleep your body detects you are going into fasting mode...it releases chemicals to prevent you from feeliing hunger. Obviously you still feel this for a short extended period even after you wakie...I guess a way to counter this is to put off your morning exercise for an hour or so till your stomache fully awakes? But hor,anyway there isn't exactly a magic number for this..i would say an hour's already enough even if you are conservative. Unless you have like, digestion problems or wad ba haha. i eat like every 3/4 hours.. soooo i personally won't wait for 2 hours de.. : )
