upper back pain

  what might be the reasons for this? ^^^
  
  sometimes my upperback/lower shoulder (right side only) that area will experience pain all of a sudden.
  
  will it be caused by muscular imbalance or bad posture?
  cause i think i do benches more often than rows.
  
  or should i consult a doc?
