and lift heavy compound weights? any bad effects?
I just did that yesterday because I didn't bring my bag of goodies. I still did *some* SMFR but it was very very limited. Ended up I was hurting on the heavy lifts, the aches and pains just caught up with me fast.
Of course I'm also injured so the effects are amplified. I used to go straight to lifting without warming up even, but that's bad.
