Do plank as well as side plank.
Since you are looking to make your packs show, you should be working on your diet. The reason why some people do loads of core muscle exercises but yet see no results is because they dont change their diet. Your target would be to reduce body fat.
this would train the core in the wrong way iirc
to do leg raises with minimum injuries, lie on the floor with your lumbar flat on the floor and knees bent. This is to prevent unnessasary movement of the spine as well as provide support. Again, i say MINIMAL injuries.
I dont think the other exercises that i reccomand was that new.The plank has been around longer than we lived already.
