I feel that if TS's knee is really very weak, he should not train movement too excessively. Otherwise why is it that doctors discourage ppl with weak knee joints from taking the stairs. Maybe you could try more knee flexion and knee extension exercises.
Lunges, Bulgarian split squats etc etc.See the stickie "Train movements not muscles" and look at the exercises under knee flexion and knee extension.

Reverse Leg Curl, Slide Board Leg Curl

Good suggestion because you know lah about some people afterwards when legs become strong then complain about arms and elbow......like the leg bone is connected to the thigh bone and the thigh bone is connected to the hip bone and goes on and on....Fpharking sianz so complete work out should do it!Originally posted by eagle:full body workout

sure or not? maybe you mean "full body workout" with strenghtening of the Anterior Abdominal Wall Muscles? I thought it has something also to do with the internal organs pushing out?
