Gym outing for newbies

  Who is interested?
  
  I will keep it to a small group of 3.Exercises that are taught will be from the stickie 'Must do exercises for mass/strength'
  
  If i get a good response i will allocate a date.A poor response would yield a cancellation.
  
  And please if you want to go.Make sure you are interested to learn, this is not a social outing..

  Don't mind helping out if it's the weekends or when I can make it, but if someone more qualified like Opt or Marco can do it then I'll back out. Too many cooks spoil the broth.
