I think I saw that uncle before! I went to peek in at the gym once a few years ago while waiting for the shuttle bus to BBDC. Then I saw this uncle jerking while doing bicep curls.Originally posted by airgrinder:gombak.
about 1.6m, lean guy, but rather muscular, at least by my standards.
He'll approach anyone new in the gym the advises them how to train till can be like him. He advocates super-slow movements, using light weights and elastic bands.
He got into an argument once with an old uncle. The old uncle was doing standing biceps curls using a barbell, but the form was wrong, he was swinging back and fro. The instructor ask him to change to a lighter weight, the uncle refuses and say he is fine with it....
Some dun like him and the way he trains. But aunties loved him!! haha
old and rather heavy jerking, to the point where the instructor could not take it and have to give a comment........ Not many...Originally posted by Simon Dean:Are you sure its him, so many people do bicep curls with that kindda form.Young or old.
