It wasn't that long ago for me, my 1st gym visit was a mix of lost and joy.
Joy, because i found out there's this nice gym in my school which i can use for free and they play my favourite radio station class 95 lol.
Lost, coz i dunno what to do and dunno which exercises trains what so much so that i had to slowly read the instructions on each machine then try to emulate the instructions lol.
By the way, i still dunno the weight units they don't seem to be kg i just roughly adjust by trial and error until i'm comfortable with them.
I ignorantly camped there for nearly 1 and half hour meddling with the machines only and looking around to see how the pros use different exercise.
Until now i just do exercises i see but still dunno the formal term lol.
after 1st visit, took me a week to recover from the sore and pain then i read here that must limit 45-50 minutes so that we don't overburn
