i am 82kg 1.83 m tall
i would say my right arm is strong(i have been bowling for 5 yrs)
but my farking left is damn weak
when i do lat pulldown/ bench press always slanted to the right.
how?
btw, i bench around 60kg. for my weight how is that? i dont go gym often.
and how to build back muscles?
after exam can chiong gym, need to lose weight.
