I have just completed my PT course conducted under the auspices of fellow moderator and experienced S&C coach Peter Rouse aka OPT.
As I am very new to this line,I would like to hone my skills first before I do it on a financial basis.As such,I am willing to provide two training sessions free of charge.
My expertise is in the areas of muscle gain and strength.My forte is not in fat loss,but that does not mean I know nuts about it-I do have an elementary level of knowledge in this.
Anyone who wants to improve in these areas would do well to contact me.It is free of charge(well almost,you just need to pay for the $2.50 entrance fee to a Clubfitt gym)
I prefer the Clubfitt gyms at Kallang,Delta and Clementi.I should be free on Saturday afternoons.
