improving body ratio

  my shoulders are kinda narrow while my waist are slightly wider. how should i go about improving my body ratio i.e. making my shoulders broader and waist thinner?
  
  any specific workout i can do?

  Same pullups/chins/lat pulldowns, throw in some military presses for good measure as well.

  pullups/lats pull down widens your shoulder width? Hmmm, i wouldn't say im lean but rather untoned. lost quite alot of weight - 25kg previously from 93kg to now 68kg, height of 173cm. lotsa excess skin leftover ttho.

  Doesnt a wider back give the illusion of a smaller waist?
