Heaviest dumbbell you have lifted before

  80lbs(36kg+) per arm at Thomson cc for dumbbell chest presses bout 7 reps or so.
  
  Carried but not do anything is 45kg.

  I saw this FOOKIN huge Indian guy curling 60-70lb dumbbells(Pyramid sets) for bout 8-10 reps with good form before rather easily before at a defunct gym near Balesteir bout 2 years ago.

  one arm db row 30kg at redhill clubfitt. That's the heaviest there.
  
  At Hougang clubfitt heaviest is only 25kg.
  
  I think I can probably managed 35kg.

  lifted probably 20 something. of course can carry more. but i can barely curl i dunno 15? haha weak ya.

  55kg 1-arm DB row for reps. I've done 60kg for singles before but it was sloppy.
  DBs don't get much heavier than this in Singapore, so no much chance for progress anyway.

  I train at Win Kenko Club (win health club) in Japan where I pay 10,000 yen a month(S$128 ) another 10,000 to be a yearly member and 25,000 yen as entry fee.As you can see the only one winning is the gym plus its not very healthy for my wallet either.

  cuz I knew a guy who carried his boss heavy duty balls.....and still had to do everything.
