I'm 1.8m tall, 60kg. I gym occasionally, at most twice per week. I'm focusing on training on my chest muscles and triceps. I bought this push-up bars and 7.5kg dumb bells at home.
This is my daily routine unless I gym that day.
20 push-ups for 6 sets and am doing the horizontal weight lifting to train my triceps. I wanna ask if drinking protein will help in this simple daily routine of mine in helping me build up my chest and triceps?
And things I can do at home to train my chest and triceps at home without much equipments?
Bro, at a height of 1.8m, I seriously don't think 60kg is the stage where you should be trying to "focus" on your chest and triceps.
I'm 1.83m, currently 75kg, but I still consider myself to be slightly on the slim side... I used to be in the 60+kg range, and I know from personal experience that it's not a pretty sight. When I was 60+kg, I had a pencil for a neck, toothpicks for legs, and twigs for arms. And of course, nearly my entire ribcage could be seen when I took off my shirt - a fact that I was not very proud of (especially around girls).
All I'm saying, man, is that you got to GAIN MASS OVERALL, just as one person already advised you. There are tons of advice and sample workouts here - all you have to do is read and apply.
