recently tried this training prog. i Did 5X5 of 50 for Close grip, Wide grip and normal grip bench press. With 90 sec rest b/w sets. The chest muscle seemed to have shrink in size... did i over train?

What makes you think your boobs have become smaller? Did you measure it before and after?

you mean 5 sets of bench press or 5 sets of each benchpress variant(which totals its to 15 sets).The latter is overkill.

oh haha i did the latter. Can someone enlighten me on how the 5X5 shd be done?

5x5 should be perioded to around 80%1Rm for 5x last set.
