Your friend should spend 3 days per week on gym if he just started out. Once his body is accustomed to the weight like 1-2 months later , he can make it 4 times per week. Because he is very overweight , jogging is like 'useless' to him. He should play sports to replace jogging. Once he loses some weight , he will start to gain confidence and interest in jogging. Hes been doing gym for 2 week, Jogging for 2 weeks on alternate days and swimming on saturday and sunday... and he says that no results can be seen yet...
How long roughly and will he lose like this ?
