I am doing fatigue work in the afternoon and I excercise in the evening. It seems that I get really sleepy in the afternoon, and I think my work is affected due that. I think my productivity would be better if I was less tired in the day.
Is there any proven suppements to boost energy?

That might be your problem right there. Not enough sleep. Get some melatonin and get some sleep.

i heard 7 hours is ok, most ppl say 8, some say go for 9+

sufficient slp should enable you to not be slpy throughout the day i think. no hard and fast rule there
