If talking about gym workouts, i usually use for 4-5 weeks then change to avoid stagnation and to "shock the body".
I have got no schedule at all.
yes. i workout from home and don't really have any equipment, so i am quite limited in the range of exercises i can do.
mine is pretty much fixed.
session 1 - vertical pull n push n deadlift
session 2 - horizontal pull n push n squats
but most of the time after i complete the main exercises i'll do a couple of pull ups or dips just for fun n then some pistols n lunges.
I will begin to train like this soon
E.g
Tues-weights day(squats,chins,RDLs,inclines)
Thurs-strongman day(farmer walks,tire flips,barbell walks)
Fri-leisurely walk
Sat-weights day(DLs,MPs,split squats,one arm rows)
Sun-leisure cycle at ECP
