That one is too low for me liao and the bar is a bit thinner than usual.Originally posted by Simon Dean:I prefer the pullup at the power-rack more though.Somehow just like the feeling.
To me its feel like a slighty harder lat pulldown only, thats why i like itOriginally posted by Marco_Simone:That one is too low for me liao and the bar is a bit thinner than usual.
The way u describe... Remind me of Harry Potter movie that toilet...Originally posted by Simon Dean:The toilet is damn high class. When i went in, i was wondering where the hell the tap was...it looks like a fountain
I dont like the dip setup there....kinda crampy...Originally posted by Simon Dean:Post your dips video next
Dips with parallel bars at those HDB exercise areas lor...Originally posted by galapogos:The dips there are wider than usual, I can't do as much there as at my usual gym where they have the usual cybex assisted pullup station with the 2-position dip handles, and yeah it's chucked in the corner so it feels more cramped...
I don't like the power rack pullup handles also, actually I don't like the pullup handles at all there, no grip, all painted metal! To get a grip you'd have to hang wide...not the way I do pullups.
I KNOW WHAT YOU MEANOriginally posted by Marco_Simone:The dip bars at Bishan is the best so far I have seen.
But you have to see which instructor is on duty that day...
Should ask Peter to go to Clubfitt one of these days to do his max squats and DLs...I think he needs to take ALL the 20s in the gym for himself...and 5 plates is not even his max.Originally posted by galapogos:Never had a problem doing 30kg weighted dips at Bishan...
I think Yishun's dip bars are better for me since it's shorter. I'm a short guy
