This was what I did just now-it is my first true blue strongman training session.
Tire flips-4 sets of 6
Farmer's walks-3 sets to failure with 47.5kg DBs in each hand(I think I covered around 120m in total)
Sled dragging-3 sets with 60kg in total.(Each set consisted of dragging the sled diagonally across the weights area 4 times)
My back was kinda exhausted after all these,so I didnt do the yoke walks.
Each week,I plan to add 2.5kg to my farmer's walks(Once I pass the 50kg mark,I will have to use 2 laden barbells),5kg to sled dragging and 1 rep to my tire flips.
