injury management and mainteneance

  hi there, my first post here.
  
  i have a torn knee ligament but i wish to continue weight training.
  
  what should i refrain?
  
  my condo gym does not have dead weights, just circuits and dumb-bells.
  what is most recomended?

  What grade is the tear?
  
  A partial tear? they would have told you how much. Also which ligament?

  it is a complete tear in the anterior cruciate ligament. im looking to maintain my upper body as atrophy has taken place. looking for some stuff which are not too harsh on the knee.

  juz would like to know what to do.
  
  i have had physiotherapy and its improving.
  
  i can lift weights but i guess mobility is the only problem.

  After hearing what the CGH "professionals" are doing to me for physiotherapy, are you sure you still recommend that?
