actually I think it depends. My gf signed up for some dance and fitness course too... and from what I observed of the exercises there, there are lots of bodyweight exercises and cardio. That time before I went Germany, when I was still a little fitter than now, I went for a few sessions with my gf (support her mah)... Muscles ached really badly after the first session... Just that for me, from the 2nd session onwards, my muscles were already well adapted and there were no problems from then...Originally posted by cApitaland:I've been trying to get this girl I know to join me when I go gymming but sadly she thinks its a place for guys... so she signed up for some dance course or something...
OPT, start a studio catering just for women to be fitter and look nicer. Sort of slimming centre through exercise, not through diet or some dubious technology like Jean Yip or dunno what.... You should be able to earn quite a bitOriginally posted by OPT:Most females are far too weak.... too much crap like aerobics/dace classes, yoga, etc.
I can tell you that 90% of the female patients I see problems are associated with them being weak... that simple.
The above mention forum is one of the reasons there is so much misunderstanding out there.... time to wake up.

I have helped someone set up a female only gym based around my ideas.... www.bodytemple.com.sg
