I want to train my lower back muscles and I found this website which gave alot of different exercises. Since my objective is to attain larger muscle over larger strength (both are important), which one should I follow?

Deadlifts will do some good to the spinal erectors.
However on the part being the primary muscle targeted as back, depends how you do the deadlift.

but i was thinking that maybe isolating just the lower back would be better? probably it sculpts the isolated muscle better? i don't know man and it's not a professional opinion.
anyways, my goal is to gain muscle mass, and strength is secondary although still important.

Why care about how defined one part looks if you dont have adequate mass.
