So interesting to read all the postings about body building. Ok after you have acquire a nice body, what is next.
By the way i have seen young looking guys out in the sun burning their body in the swimming pool at 12 noon. Just my opinion, i think is wrong coz u spoilt your skin texture and when u aged u would see aged spots coming out in your face. Yes, muscular body but ensure that u protect your skjin from uvrays. that is important.
So is about looking good, u have a admirable body, perhaps you would decide to have a nice hairdo. My opinion for weight lifter, long hair would make them look messy compared to short hair cut. I think they look neat. Again just my opinion.
Why am i doing this coz i m no grooming experts. I was just wandering alot of youngsters who want to look hunk and are conscious of their body nowadays. This forum is perfect with informative knowledge on weight lifting.
Maybe if some experts around could come in and make a perfect combination of grooming tips, fashionable wears, nutrition advise(which already have here) and weighting lifting tips(which already have here)

being metrosexual does not just encompass grooming yourself or trying to look good.
a metrosexual guy is someone who is seemingly masculine yet takes great care and expense in his looks and carriage. although he is not strictly homosexual, his behaviour and his obsessiveness (might be too strong a word) with looking good may suggest the opposite. he does not have real interest in women, although he occasionally dates them to "add up". he is primarily more concerned in his appearance than really commiting himself to a relationship.
of course, i'm not metrosexual.
