I just feel that the running style will be slightly different to accodomate the weight when I did my SOC...Originally posted by comberbache:have u served ns yet?
is u have, you'd recall that running in combat boots (compared to running in running shoes) is not fun - the weight over your foot feels awkward and you put extra stress on your ankles and knees.
i'm guessing its the same with ankle weights?
in the army u had no choice but to run with a bulky weight strapped to your feet, which affects our running form, at least a bit. i dont see why anyone would _voluntarily_ want to do that...Originally posted by eagle:I just feel that the running style will be slightly different to accodomate the weight when I did my SOC...
After you run 2km with the ankle weights, remove it, you will be able to fly.Originally posted by eagle:Is it good or bad? Just wondering...
This idea seems feasible on theory but what are the repercussions?Originally posted by selfobliged:My fren did that, and it makes him run faster, cause you are used to the weights added.
