ok.. i classsify grip as 2 kinds. one grip is that u use your forearm muscles only
another grip is u use your forearm and back(lats) muscle. try recriting muscles from your lats and grip. you will feel that the grip is even tighter and harder.
is like when u are angry and wanna puch a person... upper body stifffens up and your grip will tend to recruit from back muscle
