My sports have improved tremendously as some lifts increase, its working fine..
Never have i once said that this is a "die-hard" bodybuilding forum or that i was one. -
no... gymming is to make one fitter and healthy, and not solely for the sake of getting big.
You wan get big, go take steroids and do normal push ups. It's sufficient. -
