A couple of regulars at my gym advised me to, else i'll injured my back.
Another 2 buggers advised me not to. If I put it on, the belt will lower the effectiveness of training, hence back will be weaker compared to someone who dun train with one.
the job starting in 2 weeks time so i though of strengthening my lower back within this periodOriginally posted by tut4nkh4m3n:then shouldn't you have enough exercise doing the job alr?
