how important is this? i heard that a lack of these can limit strength/size gains and will increase recovery time for muscles, plus will limit fat loss.
currently im not taking any pre workout meal, just eat sum proteins/carbs 1 -1.5 hours b4 training, then immediately after training ,i take a glass of milk, 1 banana and maybe some processed carbs, then eat dinner 10 - 30 mins later. should i change anything, like take protein powder instead of the milk?
