help in gym needed

  Hi all, I stopped going to gym 2 years ago. Recently, I wanted to hit the gym again. Any recommendations of gyms that are affordable? The gym that i frequent few years ago was from my school and apparently i can't go back there again.

  the club fits are rather far from my house. I live in city hall...Any other recommendations?

  ok...Anyway, I've not been to the gym for a very long time. Should i take a protein powder or a mass gainer? I am kind of confused by these 2 products as they seemed to provide the same thing??

  Protein powders(whey, casein, etc) contain mostly protein. Weight gainers contain protein and other carbs/fats to bump up the calories. If you're new to the gym, you wouldn't really need it, because you're probably still in the process of adjusting your nutrition to a better one. Concentrate on that first.

  ok..thanks..ha.can't tell you where i live...I am not rich...It's just that my parents can't buy hdb as we are foreigners
