Currently:Bulking to 85kg, i am 72-73kg+ now
I have no control over some of my meals.
Every 3hrs or so.
Since i woke up.
Protein shake with glucolin and 2 slices of buttered raisin bread.
Oats + 2 eggs
Roasted chicken and rice
Protein shake with glucolin
Chicken pasta
Meat and some carbohydrates
Organic milk
Afternoons or late mornings.If i workout at night i cant sleep..
