Side Effect of Hydroxycut

  I'm taking hydroxycut for a few days already and I think I feel jittery and find it hard to sleep.
  
  But it really suppress appetite.
  I want to only lose 3kg to become 65kg again.
  
  Any one has similar experience?

  caffeine..you shouldnt even be looking at supplements.Green tea extracts is he only one i recommand.
  
  Clean up your diet and training first.Thats more important.

  If you already know that's your problem, then fix it! What's the point of eating stimulants when you're gonna be eating 3500 cals on top of that? It's like putting a band-aid on bullet wound.

  and i think the mediacorp products like xando are all crap and bullsh!t.They give low quality nutrients in those products and too low kcal intake.
  
  Low kcal intake causes severely low testerone production and other bad stuff.
  
  Girls should just eat more meat, it can kill off sugar cravings.And i mean steamed/braised meat.Please dont tell me you will get fatter or what not eating more meat, eating sugar laden stuff is even worse!

  Taking hydroxycut,u must implement a diet and workout plan to lose weight successfully.
  It is not those kinda stuff that u take and do nothing and the fats will disappear automatically.
