Don't worry the time in near....
I was going to write about one particular issue but my lawyers advised me to leave this topic alone.... I'm thinking about it.
I am however going to suggest a few thing to start with.
Recycle - don't be a lazy ass - even if it's just plastic bottles - recycle. once you start it gets easier. This has more impact than you will ever think.
The world is a small place and this island we live on is even smaller.
Do you ever wonder what happens to the rubbish?
What has this have to do with health and fitness..... everything..... you live on this planet right? you breath the air?
I know this was not what you expected but more to come..... -
It's nice to see you talk about something other than health, fitness of lifting weights...first it was Cambodia orphanages, now it's recycling. Good stuff. I always recycle stuff when I can, but when we're out, sometimes it's hard to find recycle bins for the bottles and cans. I think most people just trash it. Then again I only drink water and green tea most of the time so not a lot of cans from me...

I've heard of articles suggesting that not every piece of trash gets recycled.I wonder how reliable is that one.

Anything that is "sugar free" or "0 calories" but yet tastes sweet will contain some form of artificial sweetener. What about prolonged exposure to the sun though? Like if you're out a whole day snorkelling or kayaking or something. I'd get sunburns even with my lotion(admittedly it's a suntan lotion and it's only SPF4, but I reapplied it every half an hour or so)

if the sun is good for us, then why do some people get sunburn so bad that their face will go red, and the skin will start to crack and peel the next day?
