i second that....Originally posted by OPT:Seems like there is censorship on this forum - the post on steroids has been deleted.
This is a subject that need to be openly discussed - education is what is needed other wise you will end up 19yo taking them without any knowledge of what they are doing.
Here are two points to start with.
You shouldn't even think about using them if under 25 and have at least 5 years of serious training under your belt - I mean serious training!
I am no promoting their use but if people are going to use them let educate them.... maybe they wont use them after being educated.
Even if you don't take steroids and had muscles, they will become flabby too when you stop exercising. This is not mainly due to steroids I think.Originally posted by pervertboi:erm i tot will get hair loss?
and i've heard that if u stop exercising if u take it,
ur muscles will become like flabby flabby like dat?
I just think that training for "show" is useless. It's one's own health and fitness. The side-effect of steroids are still rather unknown, and I rather stick to other means of recovering =DOriginally posted by OPT:Many people have said that steroids are the easy way out....
funny thing is everyone single person I know who has used them as said that its not a easy way out because now they have to train so much harder - the steroids help them recover from the training session but they have to do the actual work first.
Good on you going the natural way - hope others follow your example.
