oh no and im almost 22 this year!!
so is training hard and eating alot still gonna work? im especially thin when it comes to shoulders and my traps r almost non-existent..
most likely you are training wrongly
I only started getting bigger when I started eating and training better, and I was on the wrong side of 20 when that happened, so at 22, you're still young. You can definitely get big.
there are guys who started training during their 30s and yet they managed to win bodybuilding competitions..

I meant exactly what I said - not "right", just "better". You can never have the perfect diet/training regime. You can just make adjustments to make it better and better, like Lexus - the relentless pursuit of perfection.
i see,cuz i actually did shoulder workouts like lateral raises and presses,and i had normal meals,but i din see any results.
so the problem shd be not eating enuff huh?
Because you're not eating enough, often enough, and you're not doing heavy compound lifts with free weights.
the big 3 fitness... Nutrition, training and rest.... if you don't get them right you wouldn't bulk or cut.....
