Might be "Chim", ask any questions if unsure.
Thats my moderator in the "flash player" damn big and strong guy.Very athletic as well.
Try high rep bodyweight calisthenics intervals, screw the jogging.
10 inclinced chin ups
10 squats
10 pushups
10 star jumps(land gracefully)
10 lunges
Rest no more than a minute
You can try this 10-15 mins EACH in the morning, night and noon.
Dont think that 10 mins is little, its the density of the exercise not the period.I got this from the net(forgot the website). It has worked well for me shedding away some fats.
Dont cut calories back, infact EAT MORE.NO KIDDING.BUT doesnt give you the liberty to gorge on junk.I mean more good food that is steamed/grilled like meat and vegetables.
do these intervals 3 times daily, every day? or only on non-training days? also, how to do graceful landing for starjumps, land with feet together, same as starting position?Originally posted by Simon Dean:http://www.optimumperformance.com.sg/article%20-%20abs.htm

and are these intervals supposed to be done in a fast tempo, or normal weight traing tempo?
ok, ill do these on my off days, should make for a nice change from slow boring cardio dont think ill have the energy to do these on training days too.Originally posted by Simon Dean:medium fast tempo.if you a beginneer then do your own pace.
what i mean is land slowly properly
You can do them AFTER training. No kidding.Maybe just reduce 2-3 reps off.Originally posted by JoBonez:ok, ill do these on my off days, should make for a nice change from slow boring cardio dont think ill have the energy to do these on training days too.
