  2 reps of pronated grip pullups.She is doing NARROW grip which greatly increases the ROM and hence it is harder.

  Here's another one, with less kicking and 3 reps no less. Not sure how heavy but it's gotta be at least 45lbs by the look of the plate.

  I have a female client, 42yo, Banker who can do 15kg chins for 6 reps. She also deadlifts 80kg. she weights 50kg and have been training since December last year (when we opened).

  she did them on Wednesday again 3 sets of 10 with 20 alternating kettlebell swings in between sets - basically no rest - anyone wants their ass kick by a woman then let me know.
