  I actually read that before you posted it here. The youtube videos had some problems so I couldn't view them, but I seem to remember that there were 2 videos? Now I only see one, and there's no slider bar to go to parts of the video. Is there something wrong with youtube that you've decided to switch to geovid?
  
  Anyway, regarding EAB, do you resist the motion on the way up, or only at the last part right before extension? It seems to me that if it's the latter case, the instantaneous deceleration might cause some problems with the hips(and if you fail it'll make for a really sore back of the head)?
