wad u mean by train around it...i m quite surprised usually i have no problem doing squats ATG with 20kg per side, but today i felt a sharp pain at my knee cap.
goes the same with mili press n especially dips. I am stopping dips now for time being..
should i take a week rest ? or a week with ligher weights with more reps?
