I always see those joggers running topless showing their 6 pack.
Not for me,I am shy and I dont have a 6 pack...so I dont dare to take off my shirt while jogging in public unlike those people with a nice 6 pack and cannot wait to take off their shirts.
But strange thing,when these 6 pack people dont get comments like "do you weight train" when they are in clothes...but I get comments like "hey you go gyming right" when I am in office attire...

Last time at boys home, almost everyone did not wear a shirt.More to show off tattoos but some were muscular as well.

I used to have a 6 pac.But despite not having it now, i still think my core was stronger than when i had one.All i did that time were crunches and leg raises.Throwing in overhead squats and hanging leg raises made it stronger.

Hmm... i wish i have a chance to even go to gym~ Gym activities are exp isn't it?

My 1st attempt to walk into the Woodlands Stadium gym is extra ultra terrible.
When i prepared to open the door, i hear noises all from within and then the next moment when i open it.... What appear in front of me is a great number of aunties looking at the door i opened and all bascially shut up and keep looking at my direction. With such a situation i back out and close the door where i begin t hear noises from within again. lol
The thing is... after a few months when i tried to go back there again..... the same thing happened. So.... bascially, i have a bad experience with gyms. Unless we're talking abt those more exp ones? Well... i dunno~ -
