lately i found that my cutting progress has really slowed down, so much that i seem to be sitting on maintenance level, im guessing its my diet, since i havent got slack with excercise.
about one month ago i upped my milk intake, for more protein and calcium. I have 2 glasses with breakfast, 1 with afternoon meal, in between lunch and dinner, 2 post workout and 1 with final meal.
Could all the sugars from the milk be causing to fat loss to slow down?
Im thinking of reducing milk intake to one glass in morning, one PWO and one with final meal. And ill substitute in fat free cheese or chicken so make sure i still get my proteins, without the high amount of sugars.
anyone got any further advice so i can get my cutting back on track?
I asked OPT the same question.
He said avoid all grain and dairy products unless organic when lossing weight.
You might wanna double-check with him.
