Thanks guys.
He can bench 87.5kg 1RM.I swear on those lifts as i spotted him.Originally posted by Marco_Simone:Amazing,he can squat so much at such a slight build.
its quite a shame coz nobody would know he's weight trained if he is on the streets.Originally posted by Marco_Simone:insofar as i emphasis on strength this strength that...
I rather be 200 pounds and bench 200 pounds rather than 150 pounds and bench 250 pounds.
This type of build is perfect for gymnastics. I have seen a GIF of a person who looked like he was floating in his jump.Originally posted by Marco_Simone:its quite a shame coz nobody would know he's weight trained if he is on the streets.
Is he training exclusively on low reps?
20kgOriginally posted by airgrinder:powermanz...
btw, how heavy is the bar alone without weights?
applause for the glove-less benchpress but.. i don't see the correct form in that..Originally posted by Simon Dean:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhCgfaXYbik
My stats
Age:17
Height and weight=177cm,75kg.
I am benching my own bodyweight for 5 reps in this video, this is just a WARMUP set to heavier poundages.Barbell with weights added is 75kg in total.
That youtube a/c is my friend's one btw, so other videos are not me.
i am not a bodybuilder..therefore i dont descend the bar to nipple level and its not bad form not to do so.Originally posted by PMLEE:applause for the glove-less benchpress but.. i don't see the correct form in that..
Also u seen to be using strength from your tricep rather than chest, btw how long have u been training?
Does it matter a sh-it? Are you the type who do 1/2 squats coz you only wanna target your quads....and not your glutes and hamssOriginally posted by PMLEE:Also u seen to be using strength from your tricep rather than chest, btw how long have u been training?
serious i dont see any correct form in that benchpress of yours..Originally posted by Marco_Simone:Does it matter a sh-it? Are you the type who do 1/2 squats coz you only wanna target your quads....and not your glutes and hamss
oops, thats for the threatstarter.Originally posted by PMLEE:serious i dont see any correct form in that benchpress of yours..
No disrespect to you but i think you might learn how to grasp correct form b4 u advance to higher lvl.
bet you cant do 5 or more on your benchpressOriginally posted by galapogos:There's nothing wrong with using triceps on the upper half of the movement. The bench press is a compound exercise, so to do it "powerlifting style", you have to engage your entire body to optimize your biomechanical advantage. This includes your pecs, triceps, lats, core, and even your glutes to a certain extent.
Well lucky for you, you didn't bet any money.Originally posted by PMLEE:bet you cant do 5 or more on your benchpress
There is nothing wrong lowering it below nipple level. Not everyone's goal is to be a bodybuilder.I train for strength not for the looksOriginally posted by PMLEE:serious i dont see any correct form in that benchpress of yours..

You have no idea that he can do over 100kg bench-press and 30kg weighted dipsOriginally posted by PMLEE:bet you cant do 5 or more on your benchpress
why dont you show us what's the "correct" way to bench by posing a vid of yourself?Originally posted by PMLEE:serious i dont see any correct form in that benchpress of yours..
